Today, more and more
organizations are facing increased pressure to

their professionals need a workable method to ensure
that those projects are both profitable and aligned
with the strategic goals of their organization.
This Project Management

practical, essential skills they need to succeed in
an increasingly competitive job market. Based on
Project Management fundamentals, this highly
interactive course combines expert instruction with
case studies, basic computer applications (MS
Excel), and team exercises.
Topics include:
the phases of a project, Project
Management life cycles, organizational
structure,
time and cost estimates, project
budgets and calendar-based schedules,
risks and risk-management plans, project
monitoring and control,
setting up a spreadsheet, procurement
planning, quality planning and control,
project integration with business
requirements and project reporting.
Students will be able to initiate a plan, execute,
control, monitor and close a project.
