Book signing with Rahman Oladigbolu

Thursday, November 17
2:00 - 5:00pm
Coddington Hall (main lobby)
Quincy College student Rahman Oladigbolu is the author
of the recently published On Holy Pilgrimage,
a collection of narratives detailing a life of suffering
in his native Nigeria, as well as a story on the human experience on Earth. Inspired
by the need to find meaning in the tragic events of his life, Oladigbolu delves
into an examination of the human mind and the common method in which people’s
brains process emotions.
A graduate of Quincy College (May, ’04) with an Associate’s
Degree in Liberal Arts, Oladigbolu returned to the College in 2005
to take classes related to his current interest in neuropsychology.
Also a current student at the Harvard Extension School, Oladigbolu
aspires to earn a PhD in his field of study and teach. His next book,
a response to Susan Sontag’s Illness as Metaphor and AIDS and
its Metaphors, is in the works.
Rahman will be signing copies of his book On Holy Pilgrimage
at Quincy
College (Coddington Hall, 1st floor) on Thursday,
November 17th from
2-5pm.
