Apply for Graduation

In order to graduate from Quincy College, a student must apply for graduation. If you have completed or are about to complete 60 credits for an Associate degree or 30 credits for a certificate program, (Please check with your program Director for specific number of credits for Allied Health Certificate programs) you may apply for graduation. All students receiving financial aid must complete an exit interview prior to graduation.

Click here for the Application for Graduation Form or pick up this form at Enrollment Services. Bring your completed Application for Graduation, along with a $150 Commencement Fee, to Enrollment Services or mail the form with payment to:

A graduation audit will be done and you will be informed of the audit by mail. An audit will show if you are ready to graduate, or if you need to take more classes. Note: A GPA of 2.00 or greater is required to graduate from Quincy College.

It is strongly recommended that you set up a time with an advisor every semester, before registering for classes, to make sure you are progressing towards completion of your requirements.
