Policy 6 - 10: Identification Card Policy

All degree seeking students must have a Quincy College photo I.D. card. Dates and times for taking pictures for an I.D. are posted on the web and on bulletin boards on campus. Payment for photo I.D. must be made at Enrollment Services in Newport Hall. You need to show proof of this payment when taking a picture. Student ID pictures are taken at the Information Desk at Newport Hall. This ID card serves as proof of identification on campus and is required to gain access to the Quincy College library and computer labs. Students are expected to carry a Quincy College photo identification card with them at all times while on campus.

There is a fee for replacement of Quincy College issued identification cards. Returning students may have their old identification card validated by receiving a current semester sticker. These stickers are available through the Office of Enrollment Services.
