     Application & Registration Forms

A student wishing to add or drop a day course may do so during the first week of classes. Evening and weekend classes may be dropped the day before the third meeting of the class. Adding a class is not allowed after add/drop period. In order to add/drop a class, click here to obtain a printable version of an Add/Drop Request Form or pick up this form at Enrollment Services.. Return the completed form to Enrollment Services or fax the completed form to 617-984-1794. There is an administrative fee of $20.00 associated with each line on the add/drop form. Request for dropping a class can not be taken on the phone. All requests must be done in writing.
