The Life Balance / Counseling Office is geared to helping students with personal and emotional issues that are interfering with achieving their academic goals.  Counseling is an opportunity for people to talk with a trained professional about what is going on in their lives. What you choose to talk about is up to you. Some people think they must have a very serious problem to go to counseling. That is not true! No problem is too big or too small. You can come to counseling for any issue that may be on your mind, causing you anxiety, pain or interfering with your daily thoughts and activities or your academic performance. Best of all, counseling at Quincy College is free and confidential. Stop by to chat with us. You may be surprised at how easy and helpful it is!
