Career planning is a process during which you will identify your interests, skills, and values and connect these to a career which best fits your skill set/personality/background.
Research tells us that those entering the workplace will change not only jobs but also careers five to six times. Therefore, it is important to identify where it is you want to go and identify the resources available to help you get there.
Although career planning can be a little intimidating at first, it can be a rewarding experience in the end. It doesn’t happen overnight, but in the end you hopefully will find a rewarding career.
