QUINCY COLLEGE CHANGED MY LIFE

Quincy College is people like you your friends, your co-workers, your neighbors.

I never imagined I would be a college student.

But, this year I graduated from Quincy College as a surgical technologist with a new career awaiting me at one of Boston's reputable hospitals.

As a young, single mother I never believed I would be able to make a better life for my son and myself. I worked in retail and I struggled to make ends meet. Then I came to Quincy College and my life changed.

The Allied Health programs at Quincy College helped me find my niche. I am entering a new profession where I will be making a difference in people's lives just like the dedicated faculty who helped change my life.

But even more than an allied health professional, I have become someone who my son can be proud of. I have become a role model especially to him and hopefully to other Quincy residents who will come to Quincy College to change their lives like I did.
