Peter H. Tsaffaras, Esq.

Quincy College welcomes Governor Tsaffaras and his twenty years of work experience in the field of higher education. Currently, he is the Director of Employee Relations and Benefit Administration for the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education, an organization dedicated to ensuring a standard of quality in the programs and services offered by institutions of higher education in the Commonwealth. Governor Tsaffaras’ expertise in human resources and labor relations is a valuable addition to the Board of Governors at Quincy College.

After earning an undergraduate degree in History at the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, Tsaffaras completed his graduate work at UMass-Boston in Education. He received a Juris Doctor degree from the New England School of Law, he currently maintains a general practice of law in Quincy in addition to his work for the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education.
