Richard A. Nici
Treasurer, Quincy College Trust
Governor
Nici brings a unique perspective to the Quincy College Board of Governors
as he is not only a campus leader but an alumnus. Governor Nici earned
his Associate’s Degree in Business and Computer Science in the
Spring of 2001. He was chosen among his classmates to deliver the
Commencement address and selected to sit on the 2000 Quincy College
Presidential Search Committee.
As he continued his education, earning his Bachelor’s Degree
in Criminal Justice in the Spring of 2004 at the University of Massachusetts-Boston,
he realized that he owed many of his successes to Quincy College.
Balancing his work as an Information Technology Sales Associate, his
tireless volunteerism on local political campaigns, and his studies,
Mr. Nici felt a relationship with the students at Quincy College and
committed himself to gaining an inside look at the everyday issues
that affect the each one of them. He serves on Personnel and Programs
Committee because he recognizes the importance that faculty, staff,
classroom curriculum, and student programming play in overall student
development.
Mr. Nici has served on the Board since 2002. He is a resident of
Jamaica Plain.
