Thomas G. Feenan

Thomas G. Feenan joined the Board of Governors as the current owner of Feenan Financial Group. He is also the President of ATA Insurance Agency, Inc. He has been featured on several radio programs as a resident tax expert. Governor Feenan is a former public school teacher. He is a present member of College Courses Incorporated, a private non-profit organization which began as the “sponsors” of Quincy Junior College and has segued into a significant means of support for student learning at Quincy College through grants and scholarships.

Governor Feenan holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Education from the University of Massachusetts. He became a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter through the American Institute an is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS. He is married with two children and a Quincy resident.
