Welcome to the Disability Services Office

Dear Prospective and New Students,
The Disability Services Office (DSO) provides accommodations, support, and advocacy to Quincy College students at both our Quincy and Plymouth campuses so that students with disabilities have an equal opportunity to successfully complete their chosen program of study.

In order to arrange for accommodations, students must first provide our Disability Services Officer with a copy of appropriate documentation so that we can begin the process of setting up accommodations. To help students new to this process we have posted a series of forms which guide clinicians through the process of providing us with the kind of information we need to identify appropriate accommodations.

Examples of accommodations that we provide students registered with the DSO are: notification of faculty, extended time for tests and quizzes, assistance with accessibility issues, and tutoring.

The process to apply for disability accommodations is as follows:
• Provide the DSO with documentation verifying your declared disability (see forms below)
• Call (617-984-1664) to arrange an intake meeting
